  • Identifies consumer, category and customer brand needs, transforming them to strategic business opportunities and translating them into best value flavor concepts and customized taste solutions
  • Develops and executes marketing led initiatives and projects with and for key, strategic and focus customers together with sales, category management and technical teams
  • Plans, creates and rolls-out marketing led activities based on the activity plan as defined together with categories
  • Has an in-depth understanding of category consumer trends and future needs scenarios in EAME and transfers them into marketing platforms
  • Drives the ideation process for defined platforms utilizing Symrise's technologies and taste competences and also for long-term new product concepts
  • Creates promotion materials which are in line with category positioning, category strategies and market requirements and drives external awareness
  • Supports the commercialization of Symrise's taste competences with corresponding marketing led initiatives in close alignment with competence and category management

  • Bachelor/Master degree (e.g. in communications, marketing, business administration or other relevant subjects) 
  • Job experience in Marketing or relevant subjects (at least 2-3 years), ideally in consumer goods or flavors industry with market knowledge and basic technical understanding of food and flavors 
  • Outstanding strategic thinking, innovation management abilities and teamplayer 
  • Strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills  
  • First experience in handling and managing complex projects and conceptualizing 
  • Willingness and ability to contribute in international projects
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
